Red Guard Character Concept

More Concept work for one of the stories I'm working on; Uniform looks familiar, yes? I changed up the story after I made this, though; so I might have to scrap her, place her further in the back of the story line, or re-purpose her.

As always, I am bad at naming my own characters, so I'm open to new names!
